Custom built help file for large Workbook

My dear Excell Gurus,

I have been asked to ad a custom help file to a program I have written in Excel 2007. I saw some info on this some years ago, but searching the threads shows nothing on this subject. Ideally it should have the custom built-in format of the general help file in excel, but modified to my own application or reference of said workbook.

Can anyone please give me some pointers, and I shall take it from there.
