Custom COP Calendar in Excel

I've found a few examples of Calendars for Excel, but none exactly like what I need.

I need a COP calendar (as in 24/7/365...continuous operations, 12 hours on, 12 off;
Shifts are called A&B, C&D..

1) With 2 days on, 2 off
2) Then 3 days on, 2 off
3) Then 2 days on, 3 off,
4) Then 2 days on, 2 off, and repeat, repeat, repeat.

I also need to be able to customize it to flag certain dates and enter other data, etc.

I would appreciate any links to such, or tips to create one.
Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
