I've one of the following values in Column 'A' :

Final Term Accepted
Final Term Declined
Share Draft
Share Advised
Share Declined
Share Accepted
Bound

I want to restrict data entry in column 'B' if value in Column 'A' is not "Final Term Declined"

Please advise custom validation formula. Thanks in advance

Hi

Highlight column B<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />
Data / Validation / Formula:
=A1="Final Term Declined"
