I have multiple columns in a table that find the difference between dates and times. These columns have a custom format of dd "days" hh "hours'. I have created Pivot Tables that show the average days and hours for each individual to complete a certain task. When creating a Pivot Chart, the average time shows to be one day less when using the custom format versus the number format. Any ideas as to why and if I can correct this?
