Custom Format - Express in Billions

I am working on a spreadsheet that has many numbers in the billions. I am looking for a custom format that will express the number in billions. For example, if the number in a cell is 234,567,789,126 then applying the custom format will show the number as 234.6. I would like to have one decimal place shown. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
