Custom format question

How do you make a custom cell formatting wherein if there is figure, it will expressed in % but if the value is zero, then it will just show "-".

Custom number formats come in 4 parts, separated by the ";" character ...

format_for_positive_number;format_for_neg_number;format_for_zero;format_for_text_entries
