Custom Formatting a cell

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Have you tried selecting the cell where you want the link then Insert>Links>Insert Link and enter the number in the "Text to Display" box?
In the example below, a cell in Sheet4 contains the hyperlink to cell A1 in Sheet10.

Yes. I probably wasn't clear with my question. Column C, E & F have 99 rows. Each sales rep will enter a specific customer # so the entered number will always be different. When they work in the spreadsheet, they can click the link and it will take them to the appropriate page in our CRM program.

Hopefully this is a little clearer.

I don't open links on the web so haven't looked at the URL you posted. Maybe someone else can help.
