Created a new drop-down menu in a workbook I will be making a new copy of each day, under a new name. When this happens, though, a click of the menu item will try and run the corresponding macro on in the ORIGINAL macro. How do I get it to run the macro that's in the workbook I'm using, please? Thanks

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
How did you create the menu - in code, or manually?

In code, sir. Actually, I used the easy menu maker on the Excel VBA power programming cd, reading its values from a sheet called menu items

I can't say I'm familiar with that code. If it's running each time the workbook is opened, then it ought to work (though you might need to close and reopen the workbook after you save it as a different name)
