I have created a custom formula in my pivot table which works perfectly until more than there are more than 24 entries in the row fields. My formula is a simple division calculation to figure % to budget (=05 ytd/05 budget). The only place the formula is NOT calculating is in the bottom Total Sum/Grand Total cell. It works beautiful everywhere else but puts a 0% in that one cell. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you using this % figure from the Pivot Table capabilities?
In Layout in the Wizard, when you double click the data, a dialog will appear. In the middle on the right side is a dropdown that includes "% of ".
