The default "$" and "," toolbar format buttons go to 2 decimal points. Any way of making the default go to 0 decimal points?

I don't know if this is best, but I had the same requirement sort of. I just made a small macro formatting whatever was selected to the way I wanted. Then I put a button on the toolbar and assigned the macro to it.
