Customizing Quick Access Toolbar

Each day at work I have to re-customize my quick access toolbar in Excel.
When I get out of Excel and open it back up it is not showing what I have customized. I have to go through the process of re-customizing the same every day. Does anyone know what you can do to make it stay the same each day. Thanks for you help.
