=D2&-E2 I have this formula. How do I add 0's to the beginning of my result?

I have this formula =D2&-E2. It combines this data 00001 and 00024. The result in COL G is 00001-24. How can I make the result show 00001-00024?

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).

quick fix for all, format your cell as custom and put 00000 in there
