=D2&-E2 I have this formula. How do I add 0's to the beginning of my result?

I have this formula =D2&-E2. It combines this data 00001 and 00024. The result in COL G is 00001-24. How can I make the result show 00001-00024?

now I have this =E2+1. My result is 25. I want my result to be 00025
How can I add 0's with a formula already in the cell?
