Daily inventroy

I work for the supply dept. and am trying to get an inventroy spreadsheet done where it will be able to update the total qty. on hand after useing a variable that will change every time I issue out stock. for example i have the following done.

Item Name Total Qty. Issued Current Qty On Hand

BDU's 50 (this amount ex. 45
will change everytime i issue them out)
eg... One cutomer will get 5 then the next 5 etc. continuely updateing the total qty.


If this makes sense can you give me a formula or sample spreadsheet to work off of. Thanks
