Hi Guys,

As I am very new to VBA I do not know where to start and I need to preform the clean up on this data daily.

What I need to do first is insert 4 columns so columns A becomes column E and then start a clean before adding some values in to the 4 added columns.

1. What is now column G and has a null value can be replaced from the same row in column AJ
2. For a null value in column N I need to replace with None
3. For a null value in column P I need to replace with Medium
4. For a null value in column V I need to replace with None

This will be enough for phase one
