Hello! I’ve been reading a number of threads over the last few months and they have proved very useful so I’m hoping someone can help with a specific issue.

I’m trying to consolidate data from a number of work sheets within the same workbook into one summary/pivot table.
The data has three columns; Type of door (A-F), Qty and Fire Rating (there are two option here 30 or 60). The combinations can vary between all three columns. For example;
Type B - FR30- Qty1
Type B – FR60 – Qty2
Is there a simple way of producing a pivot to display the sum of each door type and the split of either 30 or 60?

Hope this makes sense!?

Many thanks.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
