Data Display within Image

I'm new to posting but have used the site many times. I have a spreadsheet with multiple columns of data and each row is a different product type. When I click a particular cell, I want a pop up box to display a particular image (i.e.blank label type), and use data from the adjacent columns to poplate certains boxes on that image.

Basically creating a label based on the cell chosen ...giving the operator a look at it prior to using.
