I have a created a spreadsheet and I am in need of some help:
1. I want to know what day and what time takes the longest amount of time to complete. Mondays between the hours of 1 pm and 4 pm takes a long time and Thursday 5 pm and 7 pm takes a long time.
2. The TAT column has many variables. This is calculated based on the dept and status columns. If the status is “S” then the TAT is 60, if its any other status the TAT is 240 but if the dept is MREF, MMCIM, MMCIR have a TAT of 7200. These three depts are not governed by the status column. Example… dept: MREF, status: S… TAT should be 7200. Dept: ER, status: S TAT should be 60.
