I have two sheets "VR" and "D DATA". Basically, I want to copy every row (from A to I) if the column I (Type) have word "D" in "VR" sheet and Paste it in "D DATA" sheet as per format shown below. But there are two conditions.

Condition 1
Its first month of the year therefore the following sheet (D DATA) have not any data. From Sheet "VR" I want to copy all the rows that word "D" in the column i (type) and paste it in the "D DATE" sheet as per format shown. And the results will be as under:-

Condition 2

Its the second month of the year, the data in the same sheet "VR" has been changed. I want to copy all the data that have word "d" in column i (type) and past it in "D Data" sheet with following conditions

IF
The Centre Name Already Exist In The D Data Sheet, Then Paste It Under The Relevant Centre

OTHER WISE
Create the new center name in the end, and paste the data under it.

EXAMPLE GIVEN FROM VR(2) SHEET

We Have Two New Centers And Two Old Centre In The "Vr" Sheet (New Centre Means, These Centers Does Not Exist In "D Date Sheet" And Old Centre Means That Already Exist In The "D Data" Sheet)

As The Centre A And B, Already Exists, Therefore The Highlighted Rows Have Been Pasted Under The Relevant Centers.

Centre E & F has been created and the relevant date has been pasted under it.
