data Filters

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
You can filter as many columns as you like, just select all the columns you want to filter and select Filter. You can then do a primary filter on your main column and secondary filters on as many others as have data left in them.

That I understand.
Can I do the following:

Rows 1-10 have data and "x" amt of columns.

I skip 2 rows and then Rows 12-20 have data.
Can I set the data filter on Row 1 and also on Row 12?

Because I have a blank row after 10, the first data filter only looks at 1-10.
I was hoping I could set another one on row 12 to handle 12-20 and it's columns.

I hope that makes sense.
