Data from different workbook

So here's what I am doing. I have a macro that opens an Open File Dialog Box. When I get to the file I need, I want to pull one of the worksheets from that file into the file I am currently in. But the file I want to pull data from will always have a different name so I am not sure exactly where to go from here. Help?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
