Data From Web Page Dialog box becomes invisible

Hi All,
When I try fetching data from Web page & give the URL, & when I click OK, I get a dialog box. But thats invisible. It just shows a square border. I tried reinstalling office too, but of to no solution. Anyone have faced similar issues

Found the soultion. There is a Display Settings Dialog at the bottom right of Excel. Once its changed to Compatible view, This problem got resolved
