Data in a cell

Is there a way to use formulas in a cell that contains hard data.

In otherwords.
I have a number in a cell 123456-A01-
And I want to pull some data to go with it.
Bit I want the data to appear like this in the cell:

JGA
123456-A01-

Is this possible and if so how can I do it?
I've tried everything.

Try like this

="JGA"&CHAR(10)&A1

format the cell to wrap text.
