Rather than adding a text string (Dog Training) in a cell is there a way to enter a one or two digit code (DT) and have Excel automaticlaly convert DT to Dog Training? Have about 7 diffenent potential codes.

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
auto correct

I must be having a senior moment.

Using Auto COrrect added GO to be replaced by Golden Outreach.

However when I type GO in a cell it does not convert.

ANy thoughts

Perhaps there's another entry for y?

go figure

I shut down excel and opened it again and now the y to Yes works. Beats me.

Now if I can get a response to my post on listing I think I have everything answered.

Thanks
