Data List Column Headers into Row Headers in Pivot table

Above is my list. I've tried using Pivot table but I think the issue is that I want 4 of the column headers to be row headers and then their values corresponding to the correct dates, like the below

Thoughts?

You can place the 4 fields in the box VALUES.
The you can move the button VALUES from the box COLUMNS into the box ROWS.
