Data Mining for Excel

Everyday I am having to go through large sets of data and pull information out to look for trends and perform analysis.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good data mining add in for excel that is open source or free. I figured this has to be a better way to pull all the data together than manually doing it each and every time.
