data on multiple sheets

I wish to change one cell, which will change other cells on other multiple sheets. I can do this with the formula below.

=Device!B5

I wish to add additional text after =Device!B5 which will be unique.

example if B5 on device sheet contains Testing, then on Sheet 1 in a cell create Testing - Systems.

Any ideas
