I'm assisting the OP of the thread Identifying. I realized (too late perhaps) that the example data posted by the OP might include very sensitive information about real persons, without any anonimization in place. I checked the board rules, but there is no direct requirement that the data posted does not constitute a breach of personal data protection laws. Rule #1 might imply that, but even if so, then in a very indirect way.

How am I expected to behave in similar situations?

If you have any concerns then I would click the Report button, in the reason box that appears type your concern and a Moderator/Admin will look at it and decide what action to take.

I have sent a message to the OP asking about the sensitivity of the data in that thread and told them to report their own thread if that data is real and should not be public.

Rules #10 and #11 also are related but also not explicit about the sort of data in your referenced thread. We will discuss whether those rules could be widened a little.

The OP has told me the data is all a mock-up so no worries with that thread. Still, the issue should be reconsidered as it does crop up from time-to-time. Thanks for bringing it up.

Thanks Peter!

There is a constant inflow of new users, comming from many different jurisdictions with very different legal systems. Therefore it is probably hard to expect that anything short of explicit rules will work.
