Data Ranges for Graphs

I have found the range, starting cell and ending cell, using the address function for a series of data I want to graph. The starting cell address for the X-variable is located in cell B33 and the ending address in C33. The starting address for the Y-Variable is located in cell B34 and the ending address in B35. Is there any way I can use these value to define the range for a chart. The problem is that the range will change depending on what initial data is input into the model, and I want the chart to change automatically as well. Any help would be most appreciated.
