I have 4 PABX systems They are supposed to have their extension ranges, but through the years we had moved extensions from one to the other. What formula can I use to see what the most contiguous numbers are on which PABX. The PABX's each have an certain amount of slots, but it is safe to say if currently occupied it can swop with another extension.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.

Mark, Not one of us on this website is clairvoyant - some are brilliantly clever, but they're still not clairvoyant! (Ok, little dig over!)

You need to describe your current data set, and the output you're trying to achieve. If it helps simply provided a reduced data set, but remember the less it is like your actual data the more likely it is to lead to a suboptimal answer. You can use the XL2BB utility to copy your spreadsheet in a manner which can be posted here.
