Hi

I have made up a data sheet to fit on a A4 size sheet in landscape. The full page data is to print on the front side of the A4 sheet.

1. Now i want to add another A4 size sheet of different data to this sheet but have it print on the back of the sheet when i select print page.
2. How do i set up the data for the back of the sheet.Do i just make another data sheet to fit on a A4 size sheet in landscape for the back of the sheet and then through printer settings it will print front and back

Any help appreciated

Jason

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

This is kind of tough. Simple answer is yes, create another data sheet and then set it landscape etc. As for printing on 2 sides. It depends on your printer. If it has a double-sided printing capability, then you can use that function. Otherwise, print on one side, then take the printed page and re-insert the page in the printer-paper dock. When placing the paper in the printer-paper dock, make sure its put in the correct way. Not knowing what kind of printer you have, i dont know which way to insert the paper.
