Is there anyway to take the data on the image below and condense it into something like the image after that. This is just a sample of the workbook, I would need something that could work across the whole sheet which has the same layout as the image below. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

User enters into this page:

Uses Notes are summarized into one cell (A56) on this page like so:
