Hi guys I posted this problem before but no one seems to reply but I hope it captures someone's attention this time. Please help.

So I assign a macro button to solve the circular reference in calculating IRR in a real estate financial model.

Next, I have a data table to analyze different scenarios regarding my IRR. The problem here is the data table will only calculate the IRR without applying my macro button which makes it incorrect.

So I am asking for pros here the best way regarding my situation.

Thank you for any helpful reply.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
So basically what I want to do is every single results in my data table did apply my VBA command. Right now they don't so the results are incorrect. Thanks guys.
