Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().

Hello Fred,
Sure. You can do it using vba.
For a hard coded range...
Code:
Range("C1:C3").Calculate

Or for a named range...
Code:
Range("NamedRange").Calculate
