I have designed schedule for all operators but I have a problem when data is updated.

When planners are updating schedule for production and operators have all information in the schedule selected - like staged, released etc that information keeps moving up or down when data is pulled from live schedule. Is there a VBA code / option to link data for good to stop it from moving down / up?

Or to move the information with moving data / cells once it is recorded?

Have a look at the screenshot. I want to have a VBA code that will move / keep data assigned to a cell whenever it is selected as staged / not staged etc.

Is it possible?
