Data update based on periodical base date figure change

I attach SolarBB excel worksheet in XL2BB.

I post units on day to day basis in Col A and B, to find the number of units
consumed from base date figures in Col E and F.
E and F gets periodically updated once in two months.
Col C calculates the number of units consumed from Col F.

My requirement: When Col F gets updated, Column C calcuation should take
revised date in Col E.

Kindly advise formula in Column C.

Thanking you,

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
