Data Validation & Autocomplete

I'm setting up a simple data entry form for one of our project groups. One of the fields is "Staff Name" and I'm forcing entry of names from a list using data validation. The list of names is currently 126 with the potential to grow over the next 9-12 months. This is a large number of names to scroll through trying to find the one you want.

How else might I approach this where the entry is still forced to come from the list, but the data entry person could type the first few letters of the name in the cell and then once enough letters have been entered to identify a unique name, have the name autocomplete?

Thanks, Chuck

Hi Jerry,

Thanks very much for the reply. I'll implement this a little later this morning. Looks like I can use this in several different documents I've created for the organization. Very helpful.

Thanks again, Chuck
