Hi,

I have used the above tips and they are wonderful and I now need some formatting advice.

Do you know how to make the cell look like a drop down box rather than an ordinary cell?

When you move the mouse over the cell the drop down arrow appears however I want that arrow to appear no matter where the mouse is - to show all the time? (I am making my report idiot proof!)

Thank you

Ginny

You could also consider using the Combobox from the Forms toolbar. It will permanently show the drop-down arrow.
