Hi,
I have a worksheet containing a with dropdown menus in some columns which I set up using the data validation tab. When I copy and paste the table to a different sheet, the dropdown menu seems to be unable to find the original source columns for the dropdown options. Is there a way copy and paste the table and retain the dropdown menus?
Thanks in advance.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Hi Pontiff,

If your Data Validation uses a Source of specified cells (e.g. $M$1:$M$6) then if you copy the Data Validation cell to another sheet it will look in M1 to M6 of the new sheet. To get around this Name the origibal list and use that Name as the Source.
