Good afternoon all,

I have created a drop down list (using data validation) in column A say from rows 1 to 100.
Now I would only like the the drop list to appear in column A when the adjacent cell in column B is not blank.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance

Mark

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Hi MRichard,

I'd need a helper column to indicate how much of the drop down to show.
