I have 2 columns - "Start Date" and "End Date" where both need to be entered in Quarters. Currently, both are drop lists, where a user can pick between Q1 2011 and Q4 2014. I would like to set up a data validation where the user cannot pick an End Date prior to the Start Date.
Can someone help me out with this? I would like to avoid a macro enabled solution, if possible.
