Hi,

I have a simple drop down list using the validation toolbar my question is as as follows:

  • How do I increase the font on the drop down list?

Additionally please note that macro's are disabled and can not be changed.

Regards

Matt

The font size on a data validation dropdown list is fixed (can't be increased). You would have use a Combo Box which would require you to save the workbook as a macro-enabled workbook. However, you can increase the zoom on the spreadsheet, and that should make the list "appear" to be bigger.

I'm not sure if this will help, but one little dodge is to change the worksheet zoom value from 100% to 110%
and reduce the font size used on the worksheet.
So for example, if the font was Calibri 11, change it to size 10
Now the validation drop-down list font size will appear a little larger relative to the rest of the sheet.
you may need to play with the values and column width as well.
