I use in-cell dropdowns for data entry all over this sheet. After a macro withs it's own mind went wild none of my drop downs work. The data validation list is still if effect, just no dropdowns. Is there a global variable somewhere that I could have written into?

I just started using excel with VBA and this is my first post. This board is 'unbelievable'!

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
If you are using Excel 97 and have frozen the panes in a workbook this might be why. If this is the case, unfreeze the panes and the drop downs should reappear.

If it's not this, then hopefully someone else can help.

Thanks for the post. I'm using Excel 2000. I am freezing panes but unfreezing them didn't fix it.

Is there a way to view/print all the attributes associated with a particular cell? Perhaps that might tell the story.
