Data Validation Input or Error Message

Is it possible to have either an input or error message be dynamic where instead of displaying what you type in the Data validation. you link it to a named range and have the message be dynamic.
I have a bunch of cells that have different Max values and I would like to show what the max is when a number that is too large is typed.

As far as I know, that is not possible.
