Data validation possibility

In cell range L6 to L12 I want to fill value between 220 to 250 or wrote text as NA.
is it possible by data validation in excel-2007.

Custom
Put this formula
=OR(L6="NA",AND(L6>=220,L6<=250))
I have put for view the formula also in column N
