Hi

I used the list option under Data Validation. It works perfectly. The only problem I have, is that when I want to use the list, I need to do a quick find, because my list contains more than 10000 names. For example I need to insert "H" and all the names that start with "H" must be displayed on list. Is it possible? I will appreciate it very much if someone can help me.

Regards
Herman

Thank you Andrew for your fast reply. I am not very good at Excel and appreciate it very much for you help. I did wat you said by creating a Combobox. All 10000 names display on list. I need a short list, for eg only names that start with "H". It must exlude the rest of names in list if I select "h". Is it possible?
