Hi All

Tryed to doing a google search on this but to no avail.. Can some body enlighten me on this?

I tried to create a validation list, with using a named range on another sheet. Entered my error alert if (somebody enters incorrect info).

I tested this and it allows me to enter data other than on the list...

Any ideas?

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Make sure the "show error alert after invalid data is entered." checkbox is checked in the Error Alert tab.

Got it. It was because I hightlighted the whole column.

It wont let you know add error alerts when the whole column is selected.

Thanks for your reply anyway..
