Hi,

I would like to add IF functions into data validation's source.

Formula is IF($A$7="Company Code",C.C, XXXX )

If A7 = company code, C.C drop down listing is show to select.
If A7 doesn't company code, any value to be filled. What I should put to replace XXXX?

Thanks

Hi
Welcome to the board

Just use the value in the cell. For ex., if the Data Validation is in A1, try:

=IF($A$7="Company Code",C.C, A1 )
