I'm hoping someone can direct me to a link or assist me in answering what I'm trying to get .

I'm currently creating a template/checklist with Data Validation, but would like the data stored based on the selection I make.

In my attached dummy sheet, I want data of column B, C, D and E all reflective of the selection in A7. Ideally when I select the dropdown in A7 I want all the data in the sheet to change based on that selection.

Any help will be appreciated

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
You havent been very clear. So you want something to change based on A7 being 'F'. What though? You just need to get your formulas to look at the cell in question and then do what you want based on that selection. That has to be written into the formulas.

Hi Steve, Thanks for your reply

Based on the selection of A7, I want columns B, C, and D to change.

If I select A7 and change the dropdown to a new supplier, I need the other columns to adjust to that supplier only. What tends to happen is the same data in columns B, C and D is showing regardless of the dropdown I select in A7.

Hope that makes sense.

Well they will because you need to adjust your formulas to look at cell A7 and change accordingly. For example:

=IF(A7="F","Do this","Or if not do this")
