This is an optimization report from an expert advisor (EA) automation for trading. The data is quite large, as it goes up to 3300. I have it separated by month in different Excel sheets. The image shown below is a sample of the header for one month - September.

I am interested in finding the same sets of settings that repeat themselves in different months so that I can utilize them in my trades. I would like to use the columns starting from K to S. I need assistance with two different methods:

Method 1: For example, if I choose the first row data in September where K=90, L=100, M=95, N=95, O=60, P=70, Q=45, R=70, S=95, I would like to check if it repeats in the months of October, November, and December. Can you guide me on how to do this?

Method 2: Similarly to Method 1, but with an additional parameter where the value in Column C must be greater than 100 in the months of October, November, and December. Can you assist me with this as well?

I apologize if I have not provided all the necessary information. I am new to this and would greatly appreciate your guidance.
