Is it possible to fill the values of a cell based upon the value entered in another cell?

example:

A1 has to possible entries, 10 & 20. A2 will be automatically input based upon the entry to A1.

A1: user enters 10
A2: based on A1, A2 = 7%

A1: user enters 20
A2: based on A1, A2 = 8.5%

In A2:

=if(A1=10, .07, if(A1=20, .085))

Since, it sounds like you're doing Data Validation on the cell, only allowing 10 or 20, perhaps:

=IF(A1="","",IF(A1=10,0.07,0.085))
